I am an historian, writer and communications professional.

I have a BA (Hons) in History from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) and an MA in History from University College London. My speciality area is Indian partition and Muhammad Iqbal.

I have always been passionate and committed to exploring and documenting the shared stories, histories and culture of the Muslim world and beyond.

I set up Golden Threads to continue this passion, and hopefully build bridges and connections.
